Consideration

*Please understand, children are not permitted in the salon unless they have an appointment for services.  We cannot accommodate children during a service or treatment.  If your children are with you at the time of your appointment we will ask that you reschedule.

 

*Should a cancellation be necessary, please call 24 hours in advance for a single service visit and 48 hours for a multi-service visit.  A cancellation fee equaling the price of the scheduled service(s) may be charged if notification is not received within these time frames.

 

*As a courtesy to the client following, please try to be prompt for your appointment.  If you are late, we may need to reschedule you or offer you a shorter service.

 

*Day packages and multi-service visits must be prepaid upon booking. Please be prepared to give a credit card number when booking.

*We accept Visa,  MasterCard and Discover.

*Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

*Gratuities are not included in the cost of the services or packages.

 

*Coordinating day package schedules require more time when booking.  Please call and request the dates and times when you are available to come in.  Allow 24 hours for the spa coordinator to find available times and return your call to confirm your appointment.

 

*You may upgrade any service in any package when booking. Price differences will be changed accordingly.

 

*Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your day package to fill out information forms and change into a robe and slippers.

 

*We provide spa packages for men and woman.   We also provide separate locker and shower facilities.  Please understand we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.

 

*When receiving a massage or body treatment, you will be professionally draped.  However, if you are more comfortable, feel free to bring a swimsuit.

 

*Customized packages are available upon request.

*A 48 hour cancellation notice, for Day Packages or a multi-service visit is required to receive a full refund.  

*We provide complimentary consultations to discuss reserving the spa for private events as well as discussions on employee incentive programs.

 

*Remember , Spa Gift Certificates are available and are valid for an entire year after purchase.  A special gift box is included.
